New patients: please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out our New Patient Intake Forms. Click here if you would prefer to fill them out beforehand and bring them to your appointment.

Our location:

Parking: There is limited metered and non-metered parking in the vicinity. Please allow extra time.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur the following charge on the credit card you gave at the time of booking: $40 for Community Room appointments, full price of the appointment for Private treatments.
